« This was our second stay at this Yelloh! Village. This time we splurged on the Port Village apartments and very much enjoyed it. We were in the apartment across from the kiddie splash pad and surprisingly the noise was not too bad. A LOT of foot traffic though. Great location nonetheless. In regards to housekeeping, we had a problem with insufficient bedding upon arrival BOTH times we’ve stayed here. Bad luck I suppose. We will definitely be back nonetheless. »

« Great! We stayed on a tent pitch, and the only thing that I felt was missing was a picnic table for us to eat on. Otherwise, the place was fantastic. »

« We were unhappy with a disabled cabin when the camp was nearly empty. There was no dishwasher, the dining table was too high, the shower was not enclosed only had a shower curtain & wet floor gets tracked into the living space etc. The microwave did not work & unit was not very clean. We did a clean on leaving after two nights, so left it cleaner than we found it. »

« We were very happy with the stay and would recommend the villages to others. Facilities were great and everywhere was very clean and tidy. Staff were also friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable holiday. The only issue but nothing that Yelloh! can change as it's just nature, but there were a lot of mosquitoes both day and night so we needed insect spray all the time. It would also be nice to enjoy a drink by the pools as food and drink are not allowed by them although I can understand that to keep them safe and tidy. »

« It’s was clean and the pools were good. The walking between each quarter was a bit too much for the kids and would have been good if free bikes were available. Also it would have been good if they took our luggage to our room. Food could have been more varied »

« Great pools. Great food in all restaurants. Entertainment was good but “dance du jour” could have 5 songs so it’s longer and have more entertainment early September. There weren’t many great acts towards the end. Too many singers »

« We enjoyed our stay overall. Needed more veggie options at the restaurants. The Lodge is a lovely place to spend the evening but needs broader menu choices. »

« The campsite is in a pretty location and setting and the team were generally helpful and polite. However there were some issues that had a negative impact on our stay and let the Yelloh site down from others. - The 'Sports' pool opens at 10am, which gives nobody the chance to have a fitness swim early morning. The pool also gets used by guests in the day like any other pool. People messing about and getting in the way of people who want to swim. If its called a 'Sports' pool it should be for swimmers and not used as an adult only hangout. If they opened it at 8am for example then swimmers could use it for fitness at the start of the day, like other campsites do. Very disappointing. I was asked to leave when there was a water aerobics/boxing class, despite other lanes not being full. The instructor should have asked the class to use two lanes leaving a third for swimmers as there was plenty of room. - You can buy a 'Kids' pizza at the restaurant but can't buy one for take-away, depsite being made at the same time by the same people - why? A really odd decision for familes with kids who want to go back to their camping. - The supermarket is too small. It should offer far more. Milk wasn't there for 2-3 days and the queues were long. - No sheets on the bed. We had to put them on ourselves, why? - No bin bags or recycling bags? Why not provide to ensure people do it properly, like other campsites do? - No BBQs as standard, you have to hire them? HU campsites have them for all. Another poor decision. - WIFI was a complete waste of time. I couldn't get onto it once during our stay. There is no point in offering it. - Animation/entertainment in French ONLY. This shows a lack of respect for your guests as it means much of the entertainment isn't worth going to. We did challenge this onsite but they didn't do it. The quiz was not only in French but about France....there are other nationalities staying at the campsite so why alienate them? Overall these reasons mean i wouldn't return to a Yelloh campsite. Others do it far better and whilst the campsite itself was nice and the location good, the points above meant we didn't have the stay we had wished for. »

« Really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. The accommodation, the appearance and the general atmosphere of the village we were staying in added to the experience. We have a four and an eight year old, we found generally the on-site pools and entertainment is geared more toward younger children. Although he had a good time, the slides didnt really excite him as much as our younger child, but this isn't really a large issue. The food on-site is good standard, particularly L'Octopus, great touch being able to order take-away pizzas as well. »

« The stay was great, but it was virtually impossible to book at a table at one of your restaurants, which was frustrating given the you do not have ovens in your cabins, but you have a dishwasher? On top of this the electric BBQs were virtually unusable. »

« This is a great group of villages, we enjoyed everything. Somewhat upset by the sanitary facilities maintenance, as it was not regular, with toilet paper and soap missing for more than a day on several occasions. Also, the staff is not very attentive to small reparations, like broken lock in a WC cabin, that was broken because my child stick there, but after a staff member forced it it remained broken for days. Btw, this is a toilet for people with limited capacity, and there is often no toilet paper »
